SPLICE MACHINES

The Autosplice crimping system provides the lowest applied cost available on the market. The system is comprised of a semiautomatic machine and reel of continuous spliceband material.

The machine's ability to cut, form and crimp eliminates the need for expensive pre-formed crimps.

All Autosplice crimp applicators utilize interchangeable toolsets that offer the flexibility to connect a wide variety of wires and components. The full range of applicators allow Autosplice to offer the capability to electrically and mechanically connect the equivalent of two 32 AWG wires to two 10 AWG wires.

SAS/2 SPLICE MACHINE

The SAS/2 Machine is a proven workhorse that is capable of handling a full range of tooling. It is well suited for automation cell integration. The splicing system is an advanced method for producing low-cost, high-reliability crimp connections. The system is comprised of a semi-automatic machine and a reel of continuous spliceband material.
